I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us asap and we will try our best to help you out. Send us an email to info@wilmontequestrian.com or call us on 0403484606. Leave us a voicemail if you can't get hold of us, we will return your call asap

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be shipped out either the same day or within 2-3 business days. We use Australia Post and you can chose at the checkout of you would like regular or express shipping.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We use Australia Post and each order will receive an email with a tracking number after we have dispatched with Australia Post

 WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST?

Once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post and you have received your tracking number the responsibility will be yours to check with Australia Post. However because you receive tracking it means Australia Post will be responsible for losing your delivery, you will need to call Australia Post or go to your local Post Office and give them your tracking number. They will be able to track your delivery as well and help you out. In most cases lost parcels are found,however if your parcel happens to be lost you will need to take it out with Australia Post
