Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

You can exchange and receive a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, please email us info@wilmontequestrian.com. All goods returned must be in original condition and not been worn!

We do NOT exchange worn items

Refunds will be given if:

-your item arrived damaged or faulty

-your item is significantly different from the item you ordered

 

To receive a refund your item must be:

-unworn

-in its original condition as you received it

-in its original packaging

RETURN COSTS:

If you decide that you have no use for your ordered item or you have changed your mind, you can return items if they are still in original condition and original packaging (we do NOT return used goods). In this case you will need to pay for return shipping and shipping material.

If you item is faulty we will reimburse you for your shipping costs after we received the goods. Please make sure you keep your receipt and tracking.

 

 

We are happy to exchange items, refund unwanted items or damaged goods. Please contact us on info@wilmontequestrian if you have any further questions or issues. All our goods are in our Australian warehouse, which means we are able to quality control every order before we send it out.
