Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 

Urgent Orders
Need your order in a hurry? Email us at ellasworldsupport@gmail.com with your order number, name, and the date you need it by, and we'll do our best to prioritise your order. Please note that while we'll try our best, priority dispatch is not guaranteed and is subject to current order volumes.

Shipping within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the banner at the top of our store for current offers.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, Ella's World is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels. Shipping is managed by third-party carriers and is outside of our control once dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You're welcome to reach out to us at ellasworldsupport@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee outcomes for parcels lost in transit.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ella's World is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ellasworldsupport@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
